Sales Professional

Ohio Business Systems / Capitol Copy, a 38 year-old, solid Columbus owned and operated company, excelling at Office Document Solutions and Equipment is seeking additional Sales Professionals to help us build upon our continued growth and success. Sales Professionals are responsible for working in their assigned territory to increase sales by developing sales opportunities within existing client companies as well as new prospective companies.
Additional Sales Professional responsibilities include:

Provide customers with the highest standard of consultative sales practices

Devise and implement strategic sales plan in assigned territory


Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas


Participate in weekly sales meetings


Attend manufacturer training sessions


Maintain a position of trust and responsibility

Assist in handling customer issues and resolutions

Key Sales Professional Qualifications:


High School Diploma / GED plus some college or relevant experience preferred

Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience desired


Strong prospecting skills


Superior customer service and satisfaction mind set


Excellent organizational and communication skills


Self motivation and self discipline


Basic understanding of the Internet, PCs, and LAN/WAN office
connectivity
